Looking for someone to sublet my room in a spacious 4-bedroom house near Stoke Park. The double room has a big window and is available for £650 per month, excluding bills (approximately £50). The tenancy lasts until August 16th, and I'm seeking someone to take over as soon as possible. It's a 5-minute walk to the M1 bus stop and 15 minutes to Frenchay campus.
