I'm moving out of a furnished room in a house share in Bristol BS4 and need someone to take over. The house is conveniently located near bus routes to the city centre, making it ideal for professionals. Rent is £550 pcm with a £700 deposit, available from December 9th. The house has a shared living room and a garden, but no pets are allowed. There are 4 housemates aged 27 to 31, and smoking is permitted. The room comes unfurnished, but I'm willing to sell my furniture for a small fee. Minimum term is 12 months, with no maximum term.
