We are seeking a lodger for our lovely house in Greenbank for an initial 6-month stay. The 3rd-floor loft conversion is newly decorated and includes a private bedroom, an additional room for office or relaxation, and a bathroom. The space is fully furnished and shares a kitchen and sunny garden. Ideally, we want a sociable individual aged 28-50 who enjoys community life and has hobbies to share. I am a friendly postie, and my 17-year-old son studies music technology. We love music and enjoy a spontaneous lifestyle.
