The available room is a spacious double room with a built-in wardrobe and a double bed. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, one mile from the city centre, 15 minutes from popular North Street, and close to local train stations and bus routes. I am seeking young professional housemates who are easy-going, value personal space, and maintain a tidy home. Rent is £800 per month, including bills. The minimum rental term is 1 month, and the maximum is 6 months. A deposit of £500 is required. Furnishings are included, and parking is available.
