If you’re still waiting for your exam results and you’re not sure whether your place at university is confirmed, don’t worry, you can still apply. If your offer of a place at your preferred University or Higher Education Institute is withdrawn due to not achieving the required grades, you may be eligible to be released from this agreement. Provide written evidence within 3 days of results being published and we will release you from the contract without penalty and refund the deposit paid. You may also be eligible for release if you choose to go to a different University because you have exceeded your expected grades. To apply for release, provide a written confirmation to cancel your reservation and proof from your university or UCAS within 3 calendar days of result publication. Amenities include Lounge Area, On-Site Laundry Facilities, Study lounge, Media Lounge, Games Room, Gym, Bike Storage, Secure Door Entry, Electricity Bill, Free Content Insurance, Gas Bill, Water Bill, and Wifi.
