I am renting the downstairs of my flat, which includes a large bedroom/living room area, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom. The flat is just a 10-minute walk from St Pauls Square and under 15 minutes to New Street Station. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. I’m looking for an easy-going, fun lodger who enjoys cooking and socialising. I work long hours and have made good friends in previous flat shares. The room is available for £730 pcm, with a £600 deposit. Couples are welcome, but it is not suitable for students.
