I am moving to Australia for the semester and need someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely house share with 6 other girls until July. The ground floor room is the biggest with large bay windows, and the single shower bathroom is exclusively for my use. The housemates are friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient, directly opposite the train station. Bills are included in the rent of £520 pcm, and as a full-time student, you're exempt from Council Tax.
