We are an Indian family offering a fully furnished single room in our house share. The room is ideal for a female student or professional, sharing a toilet only with my mother. Enjoy access to a large kitchen diner and a dedicated study area in your room. All bills are included, covering gas, electricity, superfast broadband, and council tax. The house is conveniently located with direct bus stops to the city centre just a minute away. Minimum stay is 6 months, with a deposit of £300. We have 2 housemates, and smoking or pets are not allowed.
