We are a friendly group of 5 female students at Birmingham City University looking for a 6th housemate to join us in our fully furnished house share in Selly Oak. The available room has an en suite and is just a 2-minute walk from the train station and a 20-minute walk from the university. We enjoy a mix of staying in and going out, and we're excited to welcome a new housemate! Price excludes bills, and the house is council tax band B. Minimum term is 12 months.
