The deposit offsets your total balance and is non-refundable if key facts are omitted, leading to application denial. Once paid, the property is reserved, and viewings are cancelled. No refund is provided if you decide not to proceed or fail to move in on the agreed date. If the landlord cancels the tenancy, a full refund will be issued.
